Derek Smalls komt met solo-album

Derek Smalls, van de beste rockband aller tijden, Spın̈al Tap komt met een solo-album. Daarop krijgt hij hulp van enkele groten der aarde, zoals Michael league van Snarky Puppy, David Crosby, Steely Dan's Donald Fagen, Peter Frampton, Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith, Rick Wakeman van Yes, Dweezil Zappa, Joe Satriana en Steve Vai. Bij de trackbeschrijving lees je alle namen.

Sommige dingen kun je niet vertalen, zoals de omschrijvingen van alle nummers hieronder. Smalls omschrijft het project als:
"Halfway between 'rage against the dying light' and trying to find the light."
En op de vraag hoe hij zoveel mensen bij elkaar kreeg, antwoordde hij:
"Pity fuck."

Smalls gaat binnenkort op tour door de VS.
